Preamble
“Zia Brigade” is a nationalist youth organization inspired by the ideals of Shaheed President Ziaur Rahman, dedicated to upholding democratic values, the spirit of independence, and ensuring national development.
Article 1: Name and Identity
1.1: The name of the organization shall be "Zia Brigade".
1.2: It is an affiliated organization of the Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP).
1.3: The motto of the organization: "Nationalism, Patriotism, and Development."
Article 2: Aims and Objectives
2.1: To inspire the younger generation with nationalist ideals.
2.2: To promote awareness of democracy, independence, and social justice.
2.3: To actively participate in the country's development and public welfare activities.
2.4: To work for the enhancement of education, leadership, and creativity.
2.5: To foster unity and patriotism among the members.
2.6: To act as a supporting force in any movement or struggle, similar to other auxiliary organizations of BNP.
2.7: To provide humanitarian aid during national disasters and critical moments.
2.8: To represent Bangladesh’s nationalist ideals in international forums.
Article 3: Membership
3.1: Membership is open to Bangladeshi citizens.
3.2: Members must believe in nationalist ideals and respect the organization’s aims and objectives.
3.3: Membership age limit: 18-65 years.
3.4: To obtain membership, applicants must fill out a designated form and pay a prescribed fee.
3.5: Active members must participate in various training and workshops.
Article 4: Organizational Structure
4.1: Central Committee:

4.2: District and Metropolitan Committees:
Each district and metropolitan area shall have a local committee operating under the guidance of the central committee.
4.3: Sub-Committees
Sub-committees may be formed as needed for specific activities.
4.4: Advisory Committee
An advisory committee will function under the directives of the central committee.
Article 5: Duties and Activities
5.1: To actively participate in democratic movements.
5.2: To organize social development activities.
5.3: To conduct educational seminars, workshops, and training programs.
5.4: To distribute relief and conduct public service activities during disasters.
5.5: To organize skill development programs for members.
5.6: To organize cultural and sports activities.
5.7: To undertake initiatives to promote BNP’s policies and ideals.
Article 6: Funding and Financial Management
6.1: Funds shall be collected through membership fees and donations.
6.2: A designated bank account will be maintained for organizational expenses.
6.3: An annual financial report will be published to ensure transparency in fund utilization.
6.4: Budget allocation for regional committees will be decided by the central committee.
Article 7: Discipline and Penalties
7.1: Membership will be revoked for violating organizational policies.
7.2: The central committee may take action to ensure disciplinary activities.
7.3: Members may be expelled for serious offenses.
Article 8: Amendments to the Constitution
8.1: The constitution may be amended with the approval of the central committee and two-thirds of the members.
8.2: Amendments must be ratified in a special general meeting.
Article 9: Dissolution of the Organization
9.1: The organization may be dissolved by a two-thirds majority vote of the central committee.
9.2: Upon dissolution, the organization’s assets and funds will be transferred to the Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP).
Article 10: Miscellaneous Provisions
10.1: In case of any dispute or uncertainty, the decision of the central committee shall be considered final.
10.2: Matters not covered in the constitution will be determined by the central committee as required.
Conclusion: “Zia Brigade” shall function as a strong organization to achieve its aims and objectives and play a leading role in advancing democracy, development, and independence in the country.
